Depends on what type of driving you do. The PS2 will not tolerate cold weather, where as the A/S Plus will as they are all season UHP tires and can handle light snow. The A/S Plus has a 45K mileage warranty and handles wet roads extremely well, not to mention exceptional grip on dry roads - the tire is very predictable. Not so on the PS2 MP tire, summer only. The PS2 ZP is the OEM tire for the Corvette ZR1.

The most important part is the type of driving you do and whether you use your car in the winter below 35 degrees. I had the A/S on mine when I bought it and changed to the PS2 ZP when I needed new tires. I love them but I don't drive my car between the middle of November and early April. The tires have excellent grip on both wet and dry roads in warm weather. Get below 35 - 40 while not worthless they could be dangerous under the right conditions.
I mainly just go for a local or long distance cruise - no wild driving habits. A few road trips - rarely if ever drive it when the temps are below freezing or bad conditions.
On my second set of AS Plus and really like the tires. In the PNW the weather can change in an hour and it helps to have tires like this. My 99 is my DD all during the year.
I got rid of my original Goodyear's for a full set of Michelin pilot sports PS/2 ZP early this year, and I think it's the best money I ever spent on the car.
