New Dood.
Dangit, I knew i was forgetting something. Next post.....

Maybe I'll shave the top of my head and leave the ponytail....

Now, need to go give the new baby a bath. The Camaro I traded in for the Vette was 14 years old with 220,000 miles on it and the paint was so badly faded, it just wasn't worth washing and waxing any more. With the new baby, it's back to weekend wash duty!

even if it takes me two decades to find it.

A couple things to watch out for...
1.) The nose is longer than most people realize. It is also low, so parking blocks are bad news. Try to back in and park if possible.
2.) Trucks, SUVs, etc. have a hard time seeing you. Give yourself plenty of room and add some aftermarket exhaust, headers, etc. so at least they can hear you!

Have fun!
Took forever to wash and wax the car. Discovered it had NO wax on it at all
BUT, the paint was in great condition, nonetheless. Not 100% perfect but at least 95% perfect. I'm impressed for a 7 or 8 year old car. It must have been kept in a garage. So now, it looks ever better than before. I've been a fan of Meguiar's products for years but discovered that a lot of my stuff has been sitting on the shelf for overly long now and has gone bad. So, I'll have to wax it again next week with some new wax.
I'll tell you what else I noticed when I started washing the car in my driveway: It's a chick magnet. Even the married women in the neighborhood were over to my house today! Good thing I'm devoted to my honey of 22 years!

Okay, this is a new one. When I'm on the Busa, I wave at all other bikes on the road, including cruisers but never knew there was a waving protocol for Vettes. Do you stick your hand out the window and wave or what?
FWIW, I still haven't seen any other Vettes on the road since I picked it up. Interesting....

I would work at getting that carmax decal or what ever it is off the back. Again Welcome
