Did you ask the people that make them? Your current bumper is Urethane-it's flexible and can take low speed bumps without tearing/cracking. Many aftermarket bumpers are fiberglass or Duraflex (kind of cross between fiberglass and urethane). Fiberglass bumbers WILL CRACK easily, Durflex can take some abuse but not as much as the stock material.

The cs concept says its constructed with upgraded fiberglass material. It uses a combination of fiberglass and a special urethane-plastic resin that allows for more flexibility compared to regular fiberglass products
so i would guess the ts concept duraflex is better an cheaper. do you agree? just no fogs...
