Default Header swap ?Install question?

I already have Texas speed long tubes on my 02 C5 with all the necessary modifications and procedures done for the install. But they have rust pitting in between the down tubes and now have caused at least a few pin hole leaks so I am going to replace them but I was wondering if the install can be done all from the bottom without removing the valve covers since I already have long tubes in? or will it be the same as when you have to remove the stock manifolds?

When I installed the headers on my car I did not have to remove the valve covers to remove my stock manifolds.
Im pretty sure that you are going to have to removed the coil brackets and alternator though and possibly the starter depending on what brand of headers you go with.

Ok well I am going with the Texas-speed headers again most likely I would think you can just take them out from the bottom and slip the new ones up in the same way?
