Ash tray door question

Got it at PFYC. Give them a call and they'll get you hooked up. Just FYI; you'll have to trim the A/H circuit board if you want the switches where I have mine. If you decide to do this shoot me a PM and I'll find the template I made and send it to you.

My outer door was doing the same as yours and not shutting all the way and I figured it was just because it was old until I went to change out my shifter and I noticed that yes there was a fair amount of wear on the hole where the spring mounts but all I had to do was put the spring back like it was supposed to and it stays shut now. I figured it would just pop right back off but it is still working and its been like that for several months now. So if you ever have your dash apart then its worth a try, you could make the hole smaller again using some epoxy if you wanted to do that too.
