+1 need to hear it rev a little
Did the headers/x-pipe get rid of the annoying factory exhaust jingle? or did your 04 not have that issue?

I don't exactly know what u mean by jingle, so I guess I didn't have that I will try to get some rev vids after I put in the cam.
The headers have greatly increased the amount of sound in the cabin, definitely in a good way even at partial throttle its music to my ears, however some strange noises are there during clutch engagement and sometimes turning of steering wheel at low speeds which I can only assume are from the header clamps or them rubbing against the body.

This is one thing I have thought about doing to my 02Z. Headers and an X to the stock Ti exhaust is a good sound. If you get a chance, take a video before the cam of a little rev.

You should do the Z06 TI bypass mod. That would wake it up 10 fold

At a cold start there is a noticeable difference, but from a warm start and idle the car basically sounds the same as before the headers IMO, but like I said there is a HUGE difference inside the cabin.
I will try to get one with revs for u before I put in my cam.

My problem with the car isnt that its no loud enough and I don't want to hack up the Ti exhaust, my 2 options would be either electric cutouts or buying a used aftermarket exhaust and selling the Ti, but this will be further down the road as the gains are minimal at best.

I believe the x-pipe is usually credited with eliminating the jingle. If you're hesitant about headers for whatever reason, installing just an x-pipe is an option. I had Borla's model for a while... before eventually getting LG headers.
