My garage is a tad bigger than your basic 2 car garage, I park 2 cars in it everyday, Ihave a workbench all the way down one side, I have a work bench along the back, 2 roll around tool boxes, a lathe, a drill press and planer, I have a woodworking bench towards the back and table saw. I have a chop saw that is mounted to the wall and about 14' of fence for it. Its not the biggest but if you organize you would be suprised how much crap you can stuff in a garage and still park there.
Kaizen Blitz that ****
Find another house that has a bigger garage to love.
admittedly, it's been a while since we were house hunting, but my wife wouldn't even consider taking me to see anything without an adequate garage (and in her case she wouldn't look at anything without an adequate kitchen). in my next life, lol, the criteria will change a bit and include either at least a 3 car garage, property large enough to construct a steel workshop/garage, or a garage with at 14 foot ceiling,
Mount upper cabinet shelving or just some sort of shelving up high for storage needs, but not low enough to bump head. Hang a 3ft folding ladder on a wall to reach said shelves.
If there is a roof or peak pop a hole and make it usuable stroage space with a pull down fold out ladder ie; think attic space.
Large hooks anchored into the studs to hang large equipment.
I use shallow but deep and tall filing cabinets for storage at the front of the garage, they are probably 14" deep by 3' wide by 72" tall. See pic background
....and my wife said I wouldn't be able to do it. Put the z06 and my race car and have room for her car. I proved her wrong today. The garage is a 24X24 2 car.

How do you open the door and get out of the BMW. Does your wife crawl out of the sunroof, I bet she doesn't appreciate that.

Lol. She has all kinds of room. You should have seen it when we had 2 motorcycles, a riding lawnmower, the snowblower, grill, and more, and 3 cars in there. Still have the snowblower and the grill. They go behind the track car.
I agree garages are rarely ever big enough for gear heads who also have the other steel & wordworking, etc. hobbies to factor in. I built one a few years ago and already wish it was double the size but you can still make the most of it and be content and resourceful.
One thing that I found to be helpful is to hang the compressor up high somewhere out of the way (assuming it's not a large unit). Cabinets can be gotten at re-sale shops inexpensively and hung around the walls so still allows space below. Also a shelve for the shop vac to get that clunky object out of the way is a plus.

I have basically the same dimensions as you. I have the vette, Subaru, and 2 sport bikes. I set up a cabinet at the very back of the garage to store some oils, motorcycle jackets, boots and other miscellaneous stuff. The cabinet leaves me about 3 feet from the corner. I then built some shelving for my crawler, and race stands. The race bike fits in the corner, while the second bike tucks in right behind it. I have just enough room left to park the vette BUT, I cannot open the passenger door as there is no room, and I have just enough room to squeeze out of the driver side. To take out either bike, the vette has to come out. The Subaru stays in the lane way. For you I suggest putting the Harley at the very back of the garage, but it will be a PITA unless your running a sportster...all the other models are huge and hard to maneuver. I can take pics of mine to give you some ideas if you want. cheers.
After some more thought here's a simple solution but provides you with some added breathing room:
Assuming the other 2 cars aren't classics, muscle cars and primiarily daily driver cars then put the Vette and Harley in Grg and build a sturdy nice lookin carport for the other 2 (assuming 2nd grg. isn't feesible). If the others are classic muscle cars then put the C-5 under the carport and the more valuable investment ride inside the grg.
