Just sold my house with a good size garage. Found a house I love but the garage is only 21 ft wide and 20 ft deep. I have 3 cars and a Harley. Doesnt look like I would even have room for a work bench. Any one else already addressed the same issues?

You can get a really nice pre-fab garage at home depot for around 5-10K for some nice units and big if you have the room, Nothing worse than having a garage that you can't work in, Ask me how I know...lol
Good Luck.

Find another house that has a bigger garage to love.

Short of either expanding the existing garage or building a detached one (if you have room), you might want to look for another house that will meet your vehicle needs.
If you really love the house and end up buying it, you can & will make the garage work. Just know that there are additional sacrifices that need to be made. Wall space will be taken away by things like heat pump furnace units, rolling tool boxes, air compressor and even such minor things as shoes. Any cabinets you might install will need to be a shallow depth and you might want some single unit cabinets mounted above head height (see photos below). My garage is 24' long x 19'8" wide. If I want to do any major work on the `56, the Corvette has to move out and sit in the driveway and vice versa. It can be done with a garage the size you listed, but it is a constant juggling act.
To me, a spacious garage is a luxury. Mine is small at 11ft wide and 24ft deep. I have several storage cabinets, pegboard walls, removable shelves, permanent workbenches, ceiling storage racks also included in the mix. Be creative with your space, manage your junk and dump it frequently if it serves no forseeable purpose. Pick up after you work out there so it stays usefull to you regardless of it's smallish size. I have to bias park my Vette towards one side in order to even open the drivers door full width without banging against something, but these are things I was willing to do to get my Vette out of the weather.
OR...as others have noted, shop for a house/garage combo that really does make you happy while you still have that option.
My garage is 45x50 deep, it does not matter the size, you usually fill it up with junk or more cars then you are out of room again. My garage has:
4 post car hoist (car on top and below)
32 foot enclosed wells cargo car trailer
21 foot Carrera jet boat
4 Trans Ams
3 Corvettes
Built in office, 12'x18'
all the extra garage stuff, tool chests, floor jacks, ping pong table, junk and more junk.

i had a red iron shop built 20x25, 1 oversized roll up door on both ends to drive thru, 1 oversized walk through door, the roof is 10ft at peak.
when the foundation was poured i said, wow this is gonna be small.....when they put up red iron is said, wow this gonna be HUGE!.....once it was all done and empty i said this is just right.....bought lots of free-standing shelves......big work bench......then vette......then 6 seater golf cart......then extra freezer......my only hope now is bendpak, put golf-cart on top and vette underneath.
i agree with everyone else.....it will get cramped if you are active and have a lot of stuff going on......when i retire, stop working out, sell all the rentals so i don't have to have extra crap laying around for repairs, hire a lawn service, sell the golf cart to the airport shuttle, take down the playset behind the shop, and have the shop at least doubled with an extension(made sure that was possible when i ordered the shop) i might have enough room
look at paul sr's garage from american choppers.....huge but full!
Well I believe the request was for ideas....not recommendations to give up ... so...first measure the height above your vehicles to the underside of the roof joist - and if there is enough room for a four post lift BUT the garage door gets in the way, consider a rollup door rather than the typical garage door. Next is to consider high storage in the aisles - in effect over your head. There has been times that I rigged a pully system to store boxes or long board this way. Next - the bench, I have collaping benches that I pull out when I need them - obviously I have to park the vette elsewhere when I do this. The last item is to use tools that have multi-functions - I do a lot of wood work so I have a shop smith that rolls right up against the wall.
