I just picked up a MY '01 Z as well, 28k miles, with longtube headers/x pipe/cold air/and Ti exhaust..and man does it sound pretty good! I remember having the Tis on my 2000 convertible a few years ago before I sold it for a '68 convertible, and it didn't sound anywhere near as sexy..must be the headers that does it.

I like the stock Ti exhaust, I had a 2007 C6 and went through the whole mod, tires, wheels, headers, exhaust, brakes, rotors, oil cooler, tune, everything short of new engine. Sold it last year and got a 2003 C5Z.
I have put an oil cooler, steel brake lines, more aggressive pads on it. Got Rims, tires, Seats, Kraus Bar, Trans Cooler and 5 point harness this Xmas.
Don't know if I am going to do headers maybe later on in the year.
