I like the L.E.D's!!! They look very nice at Night Car Shows!!! Kudos to anyone doing what they want to their own car!!! I think their are enough twin looking C5's to keep everyone happy lol..... I might not be a fan of every custom Corvette I see, But I respect their right to do what they want!!! 2013 let the Man enjoy his ride...
Luckily Chevrolet does not subscribe to the stagnant point of view of most C5 members. Even Chevrolet knows that the ricers (aka, Young people) are the future of the look of automobiles. Which is why Chevrolet has openly said the new C7 will be geared more towards the younger generation.
There is nothing wrong with the classic look of a solid color C5 with chrome wheels. But that look is very old and, well, classic. Automotive design does not stay stagnant like that forever or it will die.
Expect the new C7 to have LED lights underneath as a factory option.
and how many young guys can afford a C7?
shoot... i was 25 before i could buy my 11yr-old C5

i believe they are called puddle lights.
and they're just to dimly light an area under your door

whoa, George! you better be careful... a post like that's likely to kill your entire customer base
I've seen crap on some peoples cars on here that are a lot uglier than undercarriage lights.
I'd rather have neon lights under my car than chrome inserts/accents of any kind, any kind of checkered flag pattern anywhere, *** ugly body kits, ect.
Yep... I agree 100%.
My wife freaking loves her pink LED's on her Toy. Yes it is a ricer.
She drives 130 miles per day, 6 days a week.
But I have thought briefly that some would look good on the vette...
Then I wake up and realize I would ripe them of at the race track and they just add weight.
And it would require I drilled a hole in my car... not going on my car.

Ha ha. I'm a firm believe in "personalizing" your car. Personal tastes of my customers are not always popular, but since the customer is writing the check, I don't have to agree with taste. All I do is offer the best designed solution to their vision using the best value components.
