Corvette Forum
By all means have fun, joke around, do practical jokes, take a contrarian position, be absurd, tell lies! All part of the public forum, I agree.
Thanks to everyone who has posted their opinion and thanks to all who have helped so many with issues on the C5!

It takes some time to adjust to the "tone" of a forum. This is the roughest forum that I have ever been a participant. It's also one of the funniest forums I've ever seen and do enjoy the humor. I'm sure the longer you are here the more forum friends you make and the more comfortable you get. I would suggest taking it easy on the newbies until they get broke in a little bit anyway.
I don't know who all saw the "fake roll bars" thread but it was started by a guy that it was only his 2nd post on this forum. He hasn't been back. He didn't stick around long enough to see that he wasn't an outcast here. Had I been treated that way on my 2nd post I wouldn't be here either. Just something to consider before making comments to others.

One of the reasons I wrote what I did originally was how I felt after reading that exact post. Have fun and Good Luck everyone!
