I just picked up a sweet 2002 a few weeks ago and running non-run flats on 18 and 19 inch rims. Car is lowered on stock bolts and am wondering if I should ever have a flat on a front tire would I incur any damage to the car?
Also for this reason I'm considering raising just the front end back to stock height. Is this OK without raising the rear of car or do I need to raise all four back to stock?....and is it really necessary to have front end re-aligned after raising?

Of course there is allways a possibity of fender damage (especially at higher speeds) when having a tire go out/flat tire, blow out....Especially if your car is in the lowered/slammed, ride height.
When bringing the front end up to stock height, you should allso bring up the rear to stock height also. (proper rake)
Yes you would need to have the car realigned, once you have all corners in their proper ride height.
Good luck.

I doubt it. Maybe if you're doing an HPDE but I don't think so for normal driving. The stock bolts don't really let you slam the car to the ground; it's a relatively minor adjustment.

I very much doubt if you'd like the way your car looks with the front end raised and the rear end lowered... I know I wouldn't.

Probably. I guess you might not absolutely have to but your car will not handle nearly as well and you'll have uneven tire wear.
If it were me I'd just leave it alone... If you're really concerned about it raise the front and the rear back to stock height, not just the front.
