Rear side Marker problem
Looks like the cover fell off. there were no signs of my car being hit so it must have fall out on its own. has this ever happen to anybody? thinking of going with flush markers now. how much modification is needed?

Are you sure it wasn't hit? Looks like there is a scrap below and toward the wheel opening. The red lense is glued to the silver housing. The are easy to change and you can get a replacement on flea bay pretty cheap.

I would suggest just getting two, replace them both and they will look the same.
They are pretty easy to access by removing the outer tail light and going in from the rear.

Sure does look like there is some scrapes below where the light was - might have been nicked and the outside of the light came off.

The cover just glues onto the housing. I've never seen that before.
Easy to replace by popping the outer tail light. Just be careful as the nut fixes onto a plastic pillar. Dont over tighten it as it's easy to strip the thread and it wont tighten up properly.
