I paid cash for my car in November. After allowing my temp tag to expire on Christmas day without sending me my full registration, PennDOT finally got off of their butts after the holiday and sent me my title and registration, which arrived today. Paperwork in hand. The car is now totally road legal, totally road ready, and totally mine.
