Until recently, i was offering a modification for the halo tail lights that had a Clear section with white LEDs. Unfortunately with the halos being on global back-order, this is no longer an option.
Your best bets would be one of 2 options:
a) to mount a waterproof high-intensity LED in the vents on a custom bracket:

what about making the 3rd brake light a reverse light?
just some easy-cheaper option
its too large for the recessed plate area.
if you look at the picture above, you can see that my reverse light setup is integrated in the OEM tigershark license plate bezel and it works brilliantly.
best of all, it doesn't cost a week's worth of pay. it only cost about 35 bucks.

I used side firing LED strips mounted on the top surface of the lower left and right vents. Paid $25 for them at a local auto parts house. Theyy are the 12" strips. No pictures though. You could always run them as intended using the supplied pair of red/white Euro tail lights and putting the reverse lights in the white sections.
