What is this?
While my heads are getting worked up, I noticed this short rubber line hanging off the bottom of this valve? That valve then goes into the line that goes in behind the Throttle body. It's dirty and has been for some time. I also looked and found NO lines anywhere that could attach to it.
So what gives? anyone know?

Is that an unconnected electrical connector right in the middle of your photo? On reflection, probably something you disconnected to remove the heads - sorry!
