need help /bumper cover
Trying to find my build sheet, and I know its under the bumper cover. now the question is, what do you call the cover the one that has the corvette name on it or the whole front fascia. help me out here, and without any wild and crazy

The build sheet is in the frame rail behind the front fascia - that's where I found mine. I have always called the part you mention the front license plate filler, but GM may have a more technical name for it.
