Thanks for the replies. We have settled on a price of $16250., which I think is a decent deal for year, mileage, & condition. I was holding out for a Z06, but everyone I have looked at has been raged out, modified, or way over priced. If everything goes as planned I will pick it up this afternoon.

you got a great deal fella! I'm really tired of these "whats it worth" threads though. I love my c-5 and would not sell it for its market value because the pleasure it brings to me is worth a lot more than market value to me.
After all, what would you sell a favorite pet for, say a dog or in my case my cat that I love! Some things are priceless!
