I don't know the specifics on your vette....but I would tell you to research the entire idea more before you just buy bigger turbos and "strap em on"
what I mean is this.....if you have gt28's...they are a good size and flow well w our stock cubic inch size engines. Are the turbos you have now being used the most efficiently they can be? Have you addressed other areas in your set up to maximize what you have? If you have the stock engine setup and just the aps tt kit....maybe you should go back to basics first. Add meth, work on your fuel system and then turn up the boost on this setup. Add a clutch. I have had this done to one of my cars by Ed Hutchins...and I am at 608 to the tires on the stock bottom end. More than enough for a stock bottom end car.
I would read up in the f/i section and talk to some people in the know and define your goals. Chances are...if you do the above and get a good tune...you will be very happy.

Yea my car is stock bottom end I am recently getting a cam swap but the reason I ask about the turbos is because when we took off the piping there was oil in the rubber couplers and piping so I figured seals are blown. The odd thing is the turbos don't smoke at all and they have no play in them. I was just wondering just in case they are blown so I can just go ahead and upgrade. I also do have meth kit on it and I am getting tuned in a couple weeks if all goes well.
