Short answer: A lot

Long answer: Depends on what you are going for. I am currently looking at getting C6 Z06 Spyder wheels in these sizes. All of the threads of people using these sizes and the tires they used became overwhelming. I decided to build a spreadsheet with all of the different size combinations and tire brands available. You'll have to keep a 1" stagger from Front to Rear to maintain proper AHS operation. What this means is that some tire manufacturers make tires that will fit the rear wheels (say 295/30/19) but they don't make the corresponding front size (265/35/18) to complete the set.

I have narrowed it down to these combinations:

Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110
265/35/18 Front (25.3") Stock = 25.7"
295/30/19 Rear (26.0") Stock = 26.7"

Nitto Invo
275/35/18 Front (25.6")
285/35/19 Rear (26.7")

I really would like to go with Hankook 305/30/19 in the rear but the recommended rim width for these tires is 10.5-11.5

I just bought a set of 18x9.5/19x10 C6Z06 rims and so far I'm most leaning towards 275/35 & 285/35 Hankooks.. I've heard these will do a good job filling in the wheel well and I like the sidewall profile (not too thin). The 285/35/19 is the same size as the C6 coupe if you want to get an idea of how they look.
I had a thread going last week asking for pics of different tire setups for these size rims but it didn't get much action...Guess nobody wanted to show off their wheels
