No but ive heard from a few people that there is a flapper on the.driver and passenger side that.controls heat, vent, a/c, and.they say most chevrolet share this same flap like s10s so my plan this weekend was to go.to a junk yard pull one from a truck with the same number, which shouldnt be more than $10 and if.it fixes it I will but the new one which is around $140 ill keep you posted

If you pull your codes and you have HVAC code when you reset those codes you should hear the actuators cycling to all the way hot then to all the way cold. If you hear them cycling then I guaranty you it's the R134a level. Have a dealer that has a Corvette tech you trust check it. I had a friend of mine who is also an A/C tech check my vette and he said it was good on R134a. The dealer said my compressor had a small leak and wanted to change it to the tune of $1300. I just had the recharge the system and it's been fine ever since. I know it's weird and beats all A/C logic but the C5's are different.

A/C System
There are two kinds of climate controls. One is manual with *****, and the other is a dual-zone electronic system. The dual-zone system did cost more, but is not as reliable as the manual system. A leaking battery can affect both systems; a symptom is when the vents cannot be switched.

Over time, and especially in humid climates, condensation can leak onto the passenger side carpet. There are 3 udders under the driver’s side cowl, and behind the battery. There are slits on the bottom--vigorously squeeze and massage the udders until free of debris.

If the vent settings cannot be changed, the vacuum line is probably loose, clogged or broken. Read more!

Weve drained the ac system pulled a vacuum and refilled.it witg a $2000 digital machine, its almost idiot proof haha, the ac blows freezing cold out the far passenger vent but the center and driver are hot and over power the one.cold vent, all other functions work properly, vent, defrost, floor etc etc

It is a dual climate control unit, my only problem is in a/c mode the center and driver side.goes to.vent not ac or heat, you can adjust the **** slowly and feel all the vents gradually move up in temp like they should

Ill get a temp differance between the 3 today when I get off, its the wifes car.so it will be around 7ish

We actually figured it out, well its fixed at least we pumped all the freon back out the lines pulled a vacuum and then recharged to the exact factory ounces, and it works great, so I dont know if somethn in the lines was clogged or what but its been 2 years still working just ad it should
