melvingregory, a lot of people feel this way and I'd most of us who have used Plasti-Dip share the same opinion. But we're also in a group who don't want to do any permanent paint mods to our cars. I'd also go out on a limb and say a good number of dipped fans would have a few things painted afterward, but only because they were able to see before hand whether they would like it.
