I've got a '99 C5 that is stock and have about $1500 -$2000 to spend on performance upgrades. Any suggestions on the best bang for the money?

Gears hands down. You'll get more seat of the pants with that, than Headers and an intake.

BEST upgrade/mod on my '99 was a gear change. Wish I would have done it from the beginning!
