i recently did mine. They are smoked but far from blacked out. Ive been all over the city and so far so good..
like said above this was done with VHT nightshades (approx. 3 light coats followed with 4 coats of clear, wet said with 2000 and buffed to a shine)
The last pic is with the night time running lights on, so i with the brake pedal depressed they get even brighter...
