That's just beautiful! I'm usually not allowed to look at "sexy things" on the puter, but my wife says Corvettes are okay...

Congrats. Great looking car. I like the wheels too.

Coming from a Viper, how does the performance compare? Acceleration, braking, cornering, mileage. I have no experience with a viper and always thought they accelerate better, brake about the same, and corner worse with worse mileage than the Corvette. Just curious to know from someone who has had both if my uninformed guesses are near close or way off?

Welcome to the forum; the guys and gals here are great.

Now just get rid of those body side moldings to finish the look. I did on my 2000 Torch Red vert and love it.

The Viper was modded so I really cannot tell from a stock C5. The braking was **** on teh viper but since there is absolutely no traction control of any kind it was a rough daily driver. You really have to watch yourself.

Mileage was a TON worse but again it was heavily modded.

Cornering i can't really say was worse just different. The weight differentioal is way off from the Vette and you could really use the throttle to assist in the corners more in the Viper. Just my initial feel.

AS far as the BSM's. I am one of those weirdo's that likes them so far
