Wind drag.
Tire rolling resistance.
Power making it to the wheels.

6th gear is such a huge jump from 5th that the engine is making much less power (not torque) and can't do much to accelerate the car any faster.

P.S. To actually answer the question, knowing nothing of the OP's car other than the peak power, I'd guess 220mph.
