i ordered some parts awhile back through a member here. they are parts from extreme dimensions. The person i got them through contacted them for a refund for me. He came back and told me that in order for me to get a refund, to destroy the defective parts and send them pictures and they will refund my money. Its a bumper, hood and wing.. Has anyone dealt with anything like this before?

best of luck with that company....took me 3 mos to prove to them a spoiler was chipped on the corner...in the end I got a replacement, but had to leave + feedback. document everything with pictures now, and be patient and polite all the way through the process...they have a review board that looks over all claims, and you can bet they have a lot of them considering the type of parts they supply.

You would think they would want the parts back to improve quality control, but hey, as long as they give you either a refund or replacement, I guess it is OK.
yea my friend bout a hood for that (it had a cf layer) and they wanted him to crush the entire hood and send pics. So that he cant re sell it. VERY VERY stupid.
