Default Tire width problem

Hello one and all. I have a tire width problem. I had some 305 30 19 Hankook's mounted onto my CCW 505a's. The tires stick out about 1/2" (rear) Nothing major, but I like the edge of the tire to be in line with the edge of the fender. Would switching to a 295 width help out? I got the wheels used, and I think they have C5Z offsets (I have a coupe). If I can't send the tires back, look for a sale shortly Oh also, I don't know the offsets of the wheels (because they're used) but I did some measuring and using the online calculators came up with 60mm. Thanks!

Do you know what the width of the rim is? I just bought, and put on a set of 505As with 305x30x19 Hankooks on the rear, and if they stick out at all it may be 1/16". Basically flush looking down from above. These came off of a Z06 as well.

This is on an 11" wheel. Is it possible that your wheel is 12"?

I think they are perfect from a width standpoint. I personally prefer a slightly taller sidewall, so for me a 295x35 would be better. But since they came with the wheels, I'll live with them.

Sounds like a nice set up, though. Got any pics?

Different tire manufacturers even in the exact same sizes may be slightly different specs...

Could you get a small amount machined off the inner center of the wheel?
Or are your brakes really close?

Maybe you could have a more agressive camber to tuck the tops in...

Or do a different rear fender...these are other options..to consider

Ah,I forgot to mention the width. They are 19X11, the fronts are 19X10. I can snap a pic when I get home. I had to throw them on the car and head off to work this morning! The gap in the wheel wells is huge right now. Hopefully it will settle down so I can get a better idea about how this thing looks.

Brakes aren't too close, but if I can avoid getting them machined then Never thought about dialing in some negative camber. That might be an option as well. I'd love to do some fenders, but I think the budget has been pushed to the max

Should be the offset. I run 18's all around with a 335 and mine are right at the edge looking down..
