Default HELP! Changing wheel studs

I am going to be changing my wheel studs in the rear driver side tomorrow AM. If i take the hub off do i need to take off the differential cover and pull the axles? Or does the hub come off alone? I did this on an LS1 camaro years ago and i had to pull the differential cover off and pull the axles and hubs out all together. Any input is appreciated

No, you do not need to pull the axle and diff side cover. Just remove the 34mm axle nut, break the ball joints loose and remove the hub. The axle might be corroded in the splines so some pursuasion with a 2X4 and ball peen hammer will get it moving.
