I am no mechanic, but reading through this thread the first thing that popped into my mind was the ignition. Not the tumbler where the key goes, but the actual ignition. That will do weird things. But I also wouldn't rule out the tumbler.

Bill curlee has a thread on how to repair an ignition. It's free if you do it. I always start with things I can do for free myself before I move on to things that cost money.
From your posts I also thought it may be the clutch switch or starter. But if you've replaced them then that's not it. Maybe.
