You will need different coolant pipes LS6 style, a MAP sensor extension harness, the LS2 fuel rails/injectors, and throttle body and adapter harness. I would also recommend getting the manifold ported before hand otherwise your gains will be minimal over the LS1 and worse than a LS6.

I have read a number of threads on here that the LS2 intake isn't the best unit for the LS1/LS6 motor, As said above you would be better off with the LS6 intake than the LS2.

plus the ls6 is a direct bolt on, same throttle body, same wiring, same fuel rails and injectors.
plus you can keep the coolant tubes.

Yeah I think I'm just gonna go with the LS6 another question though how hard is it to run a LS7 throttle body or can I even run it?

The LS7 TB does not like the electronics of the C5 it will not work and end up costing you $$$$$ to find that out.
