Like the title says I purchased both sets from an awesome forum member here. I also purchased the resistor. Any tips on doing the fogs? I have small hands and it seems like they can be accessed by removing the black plastic shroud around the headlights while they are popped up. Should I install the resistor that it came with? I did a search this morning and im aware of some side effects that HIDs can cause and yes im going to upgrade to projector lamps but I had to do something cause I cant drive with candle lit lenses out here in the middle of nowhere. thanks
also it states on the possibility of having to adjust/position the lights after install. have any of you had to do this?

First off you have to make sure the bulbs (lows and highs) are seated right, It is a bear, If you have to adjust your lights your bulbs are not in correctly, Again, I say it is a pain to get the bulbs seated correctly, But it can be done.
As for the fogs the best way is to jack up the front of your car and there are 2 access pannels on the bottom jusr under the fog lights, That is the best way to install the fog bulbs.

Alternatively, you can remove the headlight bezel (3 Phillips screws) headlight cover (4 torx 15 screws) and lower the headlight. This should give you plenty of room to manipulate the fog light bulb, housing and ballast.
ok so i went ahead and installed the fogs. i hooked up the first side it lit up. wow i must say. so when i installed and fired the second one it blew the left side 10a fuse. i checked the connections and i had the positive/positive lined up. so i replaced the 10a fuses with 20a. all is fine now.
