Default Vararam install problems...

Okay, started the VaraRam install yesterday. Now when it says to flip the clips on the Z06's, do they need to just be taken out and flipped over and then the screw reinstalled? and is it all the clips that need to be flipped? or just the bottom two?

Also, the other prob I noticed, on the passengers side, the duct hits the frame right as it bends upwards towards the intake? the drivers side doesn't do this. This causes the passengers side to not sit 100% flush against the bumper where the two bolts attach it to the front bumper. The drivers side fits fine??

Lastly, the upper part (With the VaraRam logo on it) when it snaps onto the merged ducts it sits loose on there. I haven't installed the foam seal around the edge yet, I'm assuming this is why it's loose?

yes, you reuse the screw also, and it is the bottoms.

You may have to shim the duct on the bumper to move the duct off the rail. The fitment takes some time to do. I left all the duct bolts/screws loose until both were in, and then I put the air filter housing on, then I tightened the duct bolts/screws.

Lastly, the upper part (With the VaraRam logo on it) when it snaps onto the merged ducts it sits loose on there. Mine is just slightly "loose" but the whole system fits tightly, I could get away with not using the clamp brakets that hold it together.
