Issue with bumper letters

Issue with bumper letters
I bought some rear corvette bumper letters from "Vetteshop" a vendor on here.
To put things easily. They arent good. Well, the letters themself look good I suppose. But they do not stick at all. Which is why I'm writing this.
Is there anything I can do to reapply some adhesive or something? I cleaned the bumper until there was no dirty showing up. Used Q-tips to get in the contours, again, until it no dirt on the swab. Half the letters are barely sticking. I havent washed the car. Heck, I havent even DRIVEN the car. Its been sitting in my garage.
I pm'd them with no response. Even though they have since logged on.

Vendors have offered these for years without issue I am aware of.

I would like another set. I like the product minus the adhesive issue. Unless you have seperate letters.
Do you guys sell adhesive promoters also? Sounds like I need to use that too.
