Default Mixing engine oil
I have a bottle of high mileage mob1 left can i mix it with regular mob1? I dont want to waste but if i do i give it away thanks

If it is the correct weight oil, it will not hurt a thing.

You can mix it even if they have different weights.

I was always told not to, but I have. Not in my vette but in other vehicles as long as it's the same weight

I run 7/1/2-30 wt Mobil 1 oil. I called Mobil and they said it was fine to mix about 3 quarts of 5-30 with 3 1/2 quarts of 10-30. I would not run a non synthetic oil though. It will "cake' when the synthetic will not.
