Sean,

Congratulations! Car looks and sounds great. Looks like you found the right combination of mods and price.

So how long until you get the ECS Paxton kit on it?

I'm glad I was able to give you some advice on your search. Can't wait to see it in person.

Enjoy!

Charlie

BTW, get yourself a California Duster. It'll help with a black car here at the start of pollen season. I had a nice layer of yellow on mine this morning.

Thank you all again and again LOL. Drove it today in Comp mode just to see how it acts I like it a lot. Seems the valve train is loud on all of these cars which coming from quieter cars takes getting used to along with the shut off of the car. Make me think something is wrong but I guess this is normal for the Vettes. I plan to give some spirited driving this evening with a couple of friends.

Debating whether I should do a long block, HCI or Blower for my first serious power mod. Already ordered the Red & Clear tails and CF Grand Sport stripes for it but those don't go fast.

If it sounds like a sewing machine you are probably okay.

Yes it does which is really funny to me LOL. Love the sound at idle of that thing. I also learned that 140mph is very easily obtained while short shifting at 6000rpm.

The sewing machine sound is normal.

Yeah everytime I merge on to a highway or something and get on it you realize it doesn't take long to exceed the speed limit, and your car is much more modded than mine.
