I have been searching for a sticky or write up and i cant find one. Could sombody please help me out.

That is the one; you beat me to it lol. I suggest you get an ATV jack. The cradle has a very awkward weight to it; you will know what I'm talking about when you get ready to lower or raise the transmission.
