what would cause these codes?

what would cause these codes?
My engine light came on so I pulled the codes and got this:
AO for the left control module and A1 for the right control module as well as BO RFA. I couldnt get the actual codes cause I was trying to erase a history code on active handling and managed to erase the codes. Any idea on what im looking at or do I have to wait and see if it throws codes again?

If all the codes are erased then you will have to let them pop up again and write them down before erasing or accidently erasing them
