Just under 60k. With headers/exhaust, CAI, and some sway bars and suspension stuff.

Thats what I'd offer. I paid that on an '02 Z with 29k miles on it 3 years ago from a dealer. I know of at least two people around the same time that bought similar Zs from a private party for $21k.

Just saw you made an offer. Did the seller accept $22k?

Point of reference here. I just bought a 01 with about 8gs worth in aftermarket stuff. 15000 miles and I paid 21.5. Sold my 01 that had almost 70000 miles for 16.5 two months ago. You never get aftermarket money back.
