I bike a lot (pedal not motorcycle) and have recently picked up a bike rack for a steal that keeps the bikes upright and away from the vehicle, it has a 1 1/4" square hitch.
Over the winter I purchased a new mountain bike which I would like to get a lot of use in this year.
Should I put a hitch on the vette? I'm completely on the fence and feel like im committing a crime of sorts.
Why not ?? It's your car and if it's useful, do it. I used a Delan hitch on my Z06 to haul a tire trailer for 2 years. Their receiver tucks up between the exhaust pipes and you can hardly see the rest.
Thanks for the input guys, I'll be pulling the trigger shortly, so far I have found Drawtite and Curt not very many Delan, thoughts? how well are the "hidden"? Quality? prices are about the same...

No reason to ask us - if you want to carry bikes on the back of your car, go for it. And I've seen a number of Vettes with trailer hitches on them so you won't be breaking any new ground.
