I'm in trouble....My car is also on jackstands waiting for the kit to arrive so..... I printed and tested the template to check clearence and sure enough, it doesn't clear...
I'm running reprod. C6 Z06 18 x 9.5 fronts and 19 x 10 rears..The rears look like they would clear with about a 1/4 inch hub centric spacer but the front is wayyyyyyy off needing a 1.5" bolt on spacer..
I now have to figure out what this is going to look like...If the front sticks out beyond the fenders, i'm out...

The C6 Z06 front calipers need 5/8" more offset than the stock C5 calipers. Take a tape measure and measure the distance from the inside of your present wheel's spokes to the outside of your present calipers. If you have 3/4" you are good to go. If not you will have to add a spacer to make up the difference. I got my spacers from DRM (a forum sponsor). C6 Z51 calipers are no the same as the Z06.
