Default Front Bumper Question
Have a 99.Do the vent in the lower part of the bumper on each side serve any purpose ?

Sounds like you are referring to the brake duct cooling inlet. Yes they are an integral part of the design.

Yes, their part of the bumper. The air goes through the vent to cool of your brakes. Their called brake duct I believe.

Yesthey do. They're ducted to the front brakes.
