No kidding. My sales rep was a little more knowledgable. She explained the real reason: The shorter fixed roof design makes for a more balanced transient layer for the warp field intake into the nacelle scoops that are located just forward of the rear wheels. She went on to explain that it really isn't much of an issue an impulse speeds. :conehead

The Z06 has to be FRC becasue it has so much torque that if it did have a removable roof panel and you stomped on it, then you would twist the top and it would not seal right again.

And BTW, the Z06 convertible conversions are so "horrible" that I'm having my second one done! Oh yeh, it just ruins the handling. No one else should ever do this. You wouldn't like it a bit. Trust me. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
