Curb Alert
Just wanted to give kudo's to the people at Curb-Alert.com. Had a problem with the system I purchased directly from them. An email to thier tech line and a phone call from them so they could here what it was doing and i have a complete new system within a week. Total cost to me 0$.
Not to step on any vendors toes here but if you check out the Curb-Alert.com web site they have now started warrantying them for 18 months and offer free shipping to the US AND Canada.

I don't need them. I have a spring loaded curb feeler I got off my dad's Studebaker. I think JC Whitney sold them for about twelve dollars.

I had to think about that one for a moment, but now I remember! Guess we need some $300 gadget to take care of that!

I guess the day I need some expensive gizmo to park my car without hitting the curbs is the day I teach my ten year old neighbor to drive the vette with me on the passenger side. Has it really come down to this now? Good gravy.
