Did my first paint correction I managed to remove all the swirls but unfortunately the car had a lot of RIDS, so car needs to be wetsanded or I need to use a different method/products. Other than that Im pretty happy with the end results.
Thanks everyone, more pics to come as I go with some more mods Mod bug got me real bad lol.

Thanks C5 clear coat are so hard but I manage to correct it, but not the RIDS so in a couple of months Im going to redo it. This time with the flex rotary.
Be careful on that c5 factory clear. The stuff isn;t very thick from the factory, and if you are not careful, deep cutting will thin the clear. If the clear is to the point that it isn't within manufacturer spec, it could be bad news down the road. Always remember that the least aggressive method is best.
Be careful with a rotary. Very easy to put holograms and swirls in like mine has-

Thanks for the info I was thinking about purchasing a paint gauge, so this way I can find out what Im working with. Then wetsand the car with 3m disc and repolish. When I purchased the car from my buddy the car was always parked outside and Im sure my buddy wasnt aware of the right "wash method" lol.

I ended up getting Bryan Burnworth of Peachstate Detail to check it. He is the only one close who had one of the elctronic testers you need for a glass or composite body panel. They are pretty expensive.

Thanks JS Machine for the explanation. Not that I'll remember if someone else abbreviates, but its nice to know what it means. I have never used a power anything on my paint of any car so I've never seen anything like that TransAm in the pics. Wow, that looks like a grinder was taken to it.
