I'll help Keith out..Its a very mild heads and cam car with a TNT F2 kit spraying a 150 shot. Quickest pass so far has been a 10.40 @ 132. Automatic car with a single disc 3200 Vigilante and a 3.42 rear.
Our quickest pass..BTW Hooper the hood looks great !!

wow, that thing looks HUGE!!!

That hood is one that depends so much on the paint. I've seen some that I really don't care for and others, like yours, that look pretty good.

I'm sure you have to see it in person to fully appreciate the look.

That's exactly what I had in mind. Not the black, but a painted center; I'm still trying to work out a paint scheme. I'm definitely not sticking with the white. I didn't want white, but with the price, an amazingly bad lack of choices in my area (why do people treat their Vettes so badly?), and the amazing shape the car was in, I couldn't pass it up. I figure I'll break even when I add the cost of the new paint job.

Yours looks great by the way.

Will do. I'm not quite ready to paint yet because I want to get my engine and other mods done before starting on the outside, but I'll definitely be giving you a shout when the time comes.
