I was asked to make a set of leather door panels for a customer a month ago and everything was great except he didnt like the time frame on getting them finished. We are minimum 10 weeks out on all leather items currently on all orders
The customer appreciated me telling him this but didnt want to wait and said he had someone that would do his panels locally for 1500.00 and promised them to him in 2 days
So he decided to go with them to make his panels. Sorry I do not know name of the place used as well.
Last week he called me and said he was sending the panels to me to redo them. Not only was he out 1500.00 on the leather work he had to buy a replacement set to put into the car while his get stripped and redone correctly.
sometimes its not a bad thing for items to take awhile to get made
here is some proof in pics of the panels that were sent to us that we received yesterday
Enjoy....we did

Da-yum. That is one seriously crappy job, and frankly, if those were my panels I'd be seeing the person who did that in court to get my money back. When the time comes I know who to turn to.

Or do a credit card charge-back on their asses!
Under the stipulation of Quality:
"Consumer claims the purchased goods and/or services are not as advertised or promised." quoted from Bank of America's website
I had to do this for some paint work on a previous vehicle after the body shop refused to redo the work. That leather wrapping is laughable! Good thing he sent the panels to Dennis!

I would def dispute that charge and get my money back for crap work like that. I'd also start a Facebook page and put this shop on blast displaying their incredible craftsmanship.
That aside, Dennis your product continues to speak for itself and I can't wait to have some spare change to plunk down for a new interior.
