I have XS Power headers on my 03, and they are great quality, and nice fit. They are also very affordable...

LG Motorsports Long Tubes. As far as I know, they're the best quality/fit and yield the most power.

I have a set I haven't put on yet, but this is just what I've heard.

Which ever one you choose, please let us know how you feel after the purchase, and if you think you made the correct choice.

My Z06 is completely stock, and i have been thinking very hard about headers. The big question to me, and i mean nothing sarcastic about this, is what makes the other headers, some that are made in China, so much better than XS power.

Again, not trying to start one group of guys going back and forth with another, just a person that does not have extra money just laying around, and see no need in paying more than i need to for anything.

You'll find the majority of the shops in the US now use ARH

...........as did Ford and Chrysler for their own FR500 and Viper ACR-X projects

It's amazing how often this question gets asked here... Anywho, I have ARH and they are fine. You can't go wrong with the "big 3".

Going to have to say Kooks as well. Just ordered some myself and will be put on next weekend with a kooks xpipe and B&B bullet exhaust. A bit pricey but just like with anything, you pay for what you get.

I have Kooks on my Pontiac G8 and XS Power on my Z06. The Kooks fit together very well, look great, and perform great on my G8. The XS Power fit together very well, look great, and perform great on my Z06. In the end, I feel both were great choices and have no regrets on either. The Kooks system was about double what I paid for the XS system so I did feel pretty good that the XS Power ones perform so well for what they cost.

I have ran multiple HEADERS on my C5s. I can speak from experience that the LGs are an easy install with great fitment. The ARHs are also really close to the LG setup. I have been pleased with the DYNATECHs, the four bolt flange setup is the only downfall on this set. I did not like the SLP LTs at all! Installed the KOOKS 1 7/8 inch on a buddy's Z and I will never do that again, it was a PITA!

Can't go wrong with ARHs or LGs and I have heard a lot of folks liking the XP setups too.
