HIT and RUN,,,,,,but
Stopped at the grocery store, parked way at the far end of the parking lot where no no other cars were parked, so me and the wifey run inside to grab some beverages. We are walking out of the store and see an SUV sitting at the front of my car. So we hurry our pace to see what they are looking at. Someone from about 75 feet across the parking lot backed their camry into my car !! And LEFT!! BUT fortunately a lady and her daughter saw what happened and drove after them and got their plate number.

You had a guardian angel looking out for you today. Well sorta. Its too bad the G.A. didn't keep the culprit from hitting you altogether. But, 9 times out of 10 the results are different (Ask me how I know). You just return to your car, jaw dropped, to see the damage. 
At the very least, I'd be sending mother and daughter a bouquet of flowers and maybe a certificate for a dinner.

Wow! I had the front of my car repainted recently, less than a week later, someone bumped my bumper. Lucky for you, someone got the info for you. No one has integrity these days!

I think that you ought to be able to buy a stamp to kill people...like a duck or deer stamp...one per year for starters. Then, you should be able to advertise that you have an unused stamp. Maybe people would have to start thinking about NOT pissing off other people if there was a possibility that it would be used on them...

Those are some crazy looking marks for a Camry! Looks like didn't just hit your car, but ran up and over it!.....like marks from suspension or something...yikes.
The obvious thing is that I can't even imagine that they can say "Oh my, I just didn't feel a thing....I had no idea". BS.
