Man that could be any number of things, but you say it just shuts down and gives a Low Voltage. Have you checked the alternator? Is it putting out? It could be a grounding issue. Also is it intermittent or all the time? The dealership should be able to check the electrical system.

Clear out your your DTCs.....The next it dies,,, immediately check and write down ALL the DTC without changing the position of the ignition switch.
I would guess a grounding issue OR an ignition issue.
